Saint Pascal Baylon -- Spanish Saint of the Blessed Sacrament

One of the saddest results of the so-called Reformation was indifference toward the Blessed Sacrament. 

In the thirteenth century, St Thomas Aquinas had set the Church aflame with his exquisite poetry in honour of the Eucharist. The fourteenth century saw the glories of public processions that were a grateful tribute of love even the State took part. 

In Spain, particularly, the feast of Corpus Christi became a national as well as a religious festival. But with the religious revolution of the sixteenth century came also neglect of the Eucharist, abandoned altars, desecrated churches.

In Catholic Spain, however, God had chosen St Paschal to renew devotion to the Blessed Sacrament. He did this more by his example than by his words. To him the Eucharist was the very centre of his religious life, the source and inspiration of all holiness. 

Paschal's attitude was thoroughly Catholic, for, as Pope Leo XIII said in our day: 'The twentieth century must be a century of the Blessed Sacrament if it means to be a century of resurrection and of life.' And the Pope pointed to the humble lay-brother, St Paschal, as the model for all.

The saint found his greatest delight in visiting the Blessed Sacrament and remaining in adoration as long as possible. His numerous duties called him away from prayer a hundred times a day, but always he would come back to the altar, drawn by the magnetic power of the Saviour's love.

Paschal attended the midnight Office in the choir and, though the others returned to bed, he often remained before the altar until morning. Then he would go from room to room to awaken the Friars. He was now ready to serve the early Mass. If occasion offered, he served a second Mass such was his love for the Blessed Sacrament and his reverence for priests.

The Holy Eucharist was the inspiration of St Paschal's life. As a young shepherd and later as a Franciscan Brother he loved his Eucharistic King with a love that was extraordinary. Hour after hour he spent in prayer. Only obedience made him leave his post of 'sentinel of the Blessed Sacrament.' And then came his death and the countless miracles by which God glorified him. Paschal may well be called the Man of the Eucharist. Little wonder that Pope Leo XIII chose him as the patron of all Eucharistic Associations.

As in the sixteenth century, so today -the Blessed Sacrament is the fountain from which we must draw our strength. Without Christ there is no Christian living. How can we hope to meet the dangers of the present day and the insidious snares of secularism; how can we expect to save our Christian families and our glorious heritage unless we seek light and life, strength and solace at its source?

It has been the aim of the Church through the years to encourage frequent Communion, but all too often the menfolk remain indifferent. Some thought they were doing enough by receiving a few times a year, and they left frequent Communion to the women and children. That is not fair. As the Cure of Ars used to say, the men want to lead in other fields; they want to be first in business and politics. 

They should lead in religion as well.

There is no better antidote against Communism than a revival of Catholic ideals-particularly frequent Communion-among the men of our nation. This wholesome practice, willed by Christ and encouraged by the Church is bound to set up a whole chain of events in the souls of men, who are the guardians of our nation's security.

The body of St. Paschal was preserved incorrupt at Villareal until the Civil War in Spain when the Communists burned the church and tried to destroy the relics of the "Man of the Eucharist". 

Today the forces of world Communism are seeking to destroy something more precious than the bodies of saints, even the immortal souls of men. They aim to tear all faith from the hearts of our people. In this grave hour of peril, St Paschal stands forth as a powerful protector and model. He is the inspiration not only of the Franciscan Brothers who follow his mode of life but also of all Catholics who strive to make the Blessed Sacrament the source and centre of their religious life.

With unerring simplicity St. Paschal points out the constant answer to men of faith in this trembling, questioning world- The Blessed Sacrament.

Saint Gemma Galgani and the Blessed Sacrament

Saint Gemma's love for Jesus in the Eucharist

Gemma had the most passionate love for Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament—“Gesu’ Sacramentato”, as He is so expressively called in Italian. On the day of her first Communion she remarked to a companion who had also made her first Communion along with Gemma:

"I feel I am burning. I feel there is a fire kindled in my heart; and do you feel the same?" This fire, once kindled never went out, but in time became a devouring flame, so that one day the saintly girl could exclaim: "I feel love will finally conquer me, and that my soul, unable to love Jesus enough here on earth, will be in danger of being separated from my body. How blessed to love Jesus alone .... Oh father, if you could say in a few days time: 'Gemma was a victim of love and died of love.' -What a blessed death! I would wish to be dissolved and that my heart might become ashes so that all could say: 'The heart of Gemma has been consumed by Jesus.' "

One day, while speaking of an exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Gemma wrote: "Yesterday, in the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament I felt myself burning so fiercely that I had to go away. I felt stunned that so many could stay so near to Jesus and not be reduced to ashes. I felt I should be consumed. Jesus is such a sweet irresistible Lover; how can one fail to love Him with one's whole heart and soul? How can one not wish to be wholly absorbed in Him, and consumed in the flames of His holy love ?
 

"Some days ago I was lamenting with Jesus and said to Him: 'My God, if You cause all to feel thus on fire, they will all be burnt up before You and they will be unable to resist and You will be left all alone.'

Jesus replied with great tenderness: 'But I do not love all in the same manner as I do you.' Oh, yes, Jesus loves me. May He be ever blessed."

When Signora Cecilia was away for some days, as occasionally happened, Gemma would spend this time in the Cloister of the "Mantellate Sisters" where she sometimes spent the night on her knees before the Blessed Sacrament. The Sisters were surprised at her prolonged adorations. Gemma writes: "They said to me: 'Why do you spend such a long time there with Jesus?' And I answered: 'That I was a beggar before a great Lord. . . .. I had need of everything.' "

During one of her ecstasies she said: "Oh Lord, You have not given me earthly and perishing riches, but the true riches, the nourishment of the Eucharistic Word. What should I be had I not dedicated to the Sacred Host all my affections? The Spirit of the Word reigning in the womb of the uncreated light has come and made me a partaker of His tenderness. Come, come Jesus, for I long for You day and night. Yes, I want You every hour and every moment, I want none but You. You alone Jesus can satisfy me. Jesus, when I find myself in Your presence all my sufferings vanish at once."

"How precious are the moments of Holy Communion," she exclaims, " they can only be compared to the beatitude enjoyed by the saints and angels. They behold the face of Jesus and know they cannot sin any more, and can never lose Him again, for these two things I envy them and would wish to be of their company. But for the rest I have reason to rejoice, because every day Jesus comes into my heart; Jesus gives His whole self to me.

"Yes, Jesus shows all His sweetness in the Blessed Sacrament. But how can it be that a Majesty so great can endure the presence of so unworthy a creature? Does He not see my ingratitude; does He not see my heart? And yet Jesus bears with me and loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me, poor as I am, how can I not then love Him who is so rich and mighty?"

Gemma's longing for Jesus was so intense that she was impatient for the night to pass so that the time for Holy Communion might come quickly. Speaking to Jesus she once said: "Who will be first to seek each other tomorrow morning?," Then she exclaimed. "It will be me." The night was used as a preparation for the morning. Listen to this letter to her spiritual father: "It is night and I long for the morning when Jesus will possess me and I shall possess Jesus. Have I deserved this favour? No, my Father, is it not true? Jesus, my God, the only object of my affections. What a joy for me if I should die after receiving Him. Yes, to die in the ecstasy of Holy Communion. 

My only Love, Jesus . . . I await You. Oh, at least let the transports of my tenderness make You forget the bitterness of my worthlessness. Deluded indeed are they who love anyone beside Jesus. Oh my God, You deign once again on this day to cast a glance upon the least worthy of all Your children. It is too much, Oh my God, too much. My God, I adore You. I am dying of love for You, I have Your sweet Name ever in my mind, in my heart and on my lips. Jesus, Jesus, now and ever! Jesus, light of my heart and my soul. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!"

Miss Ethel Rose, a convert from Protestantism, a holy and devout soul, relates that once when she went to the Church of S. Michele for confession, she had to wait a considerable while outside the Confessional of Mgr. Volpi owing to the throng of penitents who were present.

"During this time," she says, "I saw a priest giving Holy Communion and amongst those receiving I noticed a young girl whose appearance made a great impression on me, not only on account of her modesty and recollection but also on account of the extreme pallor of her face. She attracted and greatly interested me, so much so that I watched her for nearly an hour, seeing how she received Jesus, and how having received Him her face was inflamed with a most ardent love, and thus inflamed and recollected with hands joined and head slightly inclined, she remained absorbed in prayer, she seemed like a statue."

Speaking on another occasion of the precious moments of Holy Communion, Gemma remarks:
"He is always with me, and is all mine. He is alone, alone. I alone am there to bless Him, to court Him. Yes, He is enclosed in the wretched little chamber of my heart. His Majesty has disappeared. We are alone, alone, and my heart beats in unison with that of Jesus. Does it not make one tremble with consolation? "

In one of her ecstasies she said: "Jesus, listen to what my confessor asks me, 'What do you do, Gemma, while you are before Jesus ?' 'What do I do? When I am with Jesus Crucified I suffer, and when I am with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, I love.' "

With what loving care she prepared to receive Jesus. Her whole heart concentrated on this wonderful meeting. "It is a question," she once said, "of uniting two extremes: God who is everything and the creature who is nothing. God who is light and the creature who is darkness; God who is perfect sanctity and the creature who is full of sin. One cannot prepare for it too well." 

 These thoughts overwhelmed her and had not her ardent love conquered her fear she would not have dared to approach the altar rails. Something of this conflict between love and fear is revealed in the following:  

"Yes, Jesus, I know it is better to receive You than to look at You, but I am distressed because I know that if I spent years and years in preparation, I should still be unworthy to receive You. Jesus, how sweet it is to confess my misery to You. Oh Lord help me. I can still cast myself at Your feet. I still love the Faith and repeat a thousand times, and will go on doing so, that it is always better to receive You than to look at You."

And when the shadow of evening began to fall, and her life hastened to its ending, even with a temperature at 104 degrees, this heroic girl got up and dragged herself to Church to receive the Jesus she loved so ardently. She would implore Jesus to give her the strength to get up, even if in exchange He increased her pain a hundredfold: "To an affectionate Lover like You, Lord, many entreaties are not needed. You understand at the first word. Then say 'Yes' and I shall come."

After being unable for two days to receive her Lord, this is how Gemma revealed herself during ecstasy.

"Jesus, finally, after two days I have seen You again. You, alone, Jesus, can content me...You are always giving Yourself to me, and yet I always remain so bad. This thought overwhelms me. But have You not said this must not overwhelm me? Oh Jesus, I deserve to be burning in Hell and instead You make me experience the delights of Your love.

"I may almost say, Jesus, that I am a nursemaid over You. I feel You in my heart, I feel Your presence so vividly. What a mystery! I feel I am in Paradise. When the morning arrives and You enter my heart, I forget everything . . . all the afflictions of earth...I perceive You alone."

And, on another occasion:

"I suffer, Jesus, I suffer, but do You not see me smiling, and that I am happy now. Yes, Jesus, these are verily my happy moments upon earth. To be with You, Jesus, what a consolation!
 
"Adorable Jesus, paradise of charity, marvel of Love, I am confounded by so many graces; yet if You do not help me I shall become more ignorant, and in this abundance of Your graces always grow worse.
 
"Come, come, Lord, and help me. I do not wish to receive You thus so ill prepared. Make me worthy of You, at least a little less unworthy. By what means? By Your most precious Blood.

"Tell me, Jesus, do You really feel pleasure in being with me? I, in being with You, yes, indeed. The more I think of You the more sweet and adorable I see You to be.
 
"Ah, what, then, do You ask of me? Love? I love You; for You are my benefactor, my Creator, my Preserver. You are the Perfector of my soul. Because You are the Spouse of my soul, I look always for You; I look for Your affection, Your friendship, Your glory. If You help me I shall never seek anything else. How Your sweet voice sets my soul aflame! And what do You receive from my ingratitude? Perhaps I am united with You corporally but what about my heart? No, no, my heart is Yours. You, Jesus, are a King, strong and generous, who sends me into battle, but You always give the victory. Give me the grace to listen to Your voice, so that I may love You with tender affection."

"...My Jesus, I struggle ...I die...I die through You. Jesus, Lord of strong souls, strengthen me, purify me, make me divine. Great God, God of every sacrifice, Jesus, help me! My Redemption, God from God, come to my aid. Continually You watch over me... I thank You, Jesus. Do You not see how I suffer in the morning before You come to me?. . . . You, Jesus, are the flame of my heart. My Jesus, I will love You with my whole being. All you saints in heaven, lend me your hearts."

Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Holy Eucharist

Introduction :

The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe is December 12. The one request that Mother Mary made to the Bishop through Saint Juan Diego was that a chapel be built so that all of her children could come to her "Beloved Son" in the Blessed Sacrament.

When we see a picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe she appears to be standing in the midst of glorious rays coming from the sun. In Fact, these rays are not coming from the rays of the sun in the sky, but rather the divine rays of the Son in the Blessed Sacrament.

The higher meaning of the "Woman clothed with the Sun" is Mary's perfect union with Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. This is what is meant by the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary. These two hearts are perfectly united and now beat as one.

The meaning of Our Lady of Guadalupe is this. She is proclaiming the "Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament" giving witness to his healing rays, represented by the glorious rays surrounding her.

At the same time, she is announcing to the world the great "Eucharistic Miracle" to come when the divine rays of his mercy and love will shine out from the Blessed Sacrament in radiant splendour.

This "Eucharistic Miracle" will be brighter than the Sun and it will take place in every chapel of perpetual adoration where Jesus Christ is loved and adored day and night without pause.

This is why we meditate during December on the prophetic words from Isaiah : "No Longer will your teacher hide himself ". (Isaiah 30:20) "He will destroy the veil that veils all peoples". (Isaiah 25:7).

The "Veil" is what prevents us from seeing the glorious "Presence of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament".

The first thing that Saint Juan Diego saw was a brilliant light. Out of the light the Blessed Mother appeared.

It is the "considered opinion" of many associated with the devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe that the light that Saint Juan Diego saw was a "Glorified Host" from which the Blessed Mother appeared.

Everything that this marvellous light touched was transformed. For Example, the rocks on the mountainside were transformed into precious stones. From the snow in the cold of winter, grew the loveliest roses Saint Juan Diego ever saw.

Conclusion :

When Saint Juan Diego took the roses to the Bishop as proof that he had a heavenly vision there was a great surprise. His clothing was transformed into the "Image" of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

This Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe is known as "The Tilma".

Our Lady of Guadalupe is the "Patroness of the Americas".

FYI- Guadalupe is situated in Mexico City, Mexico. There is a magnificent Basilica dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe there.

10 Important Reasons for Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration

1. Your Sacrifice will make the streets safe for God's People :

Those willing to make a sacrifice and keep Jesus Christ company in the middle of the night are the ones who are zealous for his glory in the sanctuary.

They are the ones that will release God's Power and make the streets safe for "His People".

When we unite ourselves with Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, we unite ourselves with all the power on earth and in heaven. When you go before Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament you release his power and his graces upon the whole world.

Those who are willing to make a sacrifice and come to Jesus Christ in the middle of the night have that faith !! They have put their faith in the greatest power on earth.

2. Your Sacrifice thanks Him for all He has done for you :

Through Christ's Sacrifice on the Cross, We have the "Gift" of the Holy Eucharist. Good Friday follows Holy Thursday because the passion and death of Jesus Christ was the "Price" that he paid so that we may have divine, immortal, everlasting life in him in the new and everlasting covenant of the Holy Eucharist.

The Holy Eucharist flows from "Our Lord's Passion". He poured out His very last drop of blood on the Cross so that he may fill you with his "Divine Love" each time that you receive him in Holy Communion.

What a wonderful opportunity we have in thanking him for this great gift !!

Your Sacrifice of spending an Hour with Jesus Christ in the middle of the night is thanking him for all the sufferings that he endured to give us the gift of the "Holy Eucharist".

3. What Sacrifice can be compared to His ??

Jesus Christ gave up his "Sacred Body" on the Cross for love of you that he may give his body to you in the Holy Eucharist, making himself one with you forever in everlasting glory.

Like wheat which is beaten, broken, and crushed before it becomes bread, Jesus Christ was willing to be beaten, broken, and crushed in "His Passion" that he may become for us the "Living Bread come down from Heaven".

He said, "The Bread I will give to you is "My Flesh" for the life of the world".

Jesus Christ continues to immolate Himself in sacrificial love for us in the Holy Eucharist. In the Eucharist, Jesus Christ is the "Immaculate Victim", the "Sacrificial Lamb".

Does the Sacrifice of spending one hour with Him in the middle of the night even begin to compare to the sacrifice that He has made and continues to make for love of us in the Blessed Sacrament ??

4. Your Sacrifice will win Graces for Many :

After the "Last Supper", Jesus Christ went to the garden to pray. As, He began to pray He started to sweat blood because He realized that the "Gift of the Holy Eucharist" that he had just given mankind on "Holy Thursday" night would be appreciated by so few and rejected by so many.

He saw down through the ages; He saw how many would walk away from "His Eucharistic Love" and not even bother to come to Mass on Sunday.

He saw in how many "Tabernacles of the World" He would be left alone and forgotten.

He saw how few would believe in "His Real Presence" and fewer still would respond to "His Appeal" to be loved day and night in the Blessed Sacrament.

He saw how most people would live their lives as if he were not here, God living among his people in the Blessed Sacrament.

Your sacrifices will gain many graces for those who are far from Jesus Christ and bring them back to him in the Blessed Sacrament.

5. Your Sacrifice consoled Jesus Christ in the garden :

When Jesus Christ was in the garden, An Angel from Heaven came to console him. This Angel consoled Jesus Christ, by showing him every "Holy Hour" that you would ever make.

Jesus Christ saw the many sacrifices you would make to get up in the middle of the night each week to keep "Him" company in the Blessed Sacrament for one hour.

These Sacrifices greatly comforted, consoled, strengthened, and encouraged him.

Jesus Christ was pleased that "His Love would be returned with "Our Love" for him in the Blessed Sacrament.

6. Your Sacrifice consoles Jesus Christ now !!

When Jesus Christ was in the garden, Scripture says that "His Heart was filled with sorrow to the point of death. He came to give Himself to Humanity through the Gift of the "Holy Eucharist" yet, so many would reject "His Eucharistic Love".

Rejection broke his heart. "He looked for one who would comfort Him but found none". He called on his apostles to comfort him, but they preferred to sleep because it was in the middle of the night. They slept through Christ's greatest crisis even after he pleaded with them "Could you not watch one hour with me ??"

You are the "Apostles of Jesus Christ" today. Today is another hour of great crisis. Today, Jesus Christ calls out to you in the middle of the night, "Could you not watch one hour with me ??"

He looks to you to comfort Him now !!

7. Be a "Prayer Warrior for Peace" :

Countless Men throughout the ages have made many sacrifices to go to war. How few men are willing to make even a small sacrifice in order to bring about peace.

There has never been a weak army that has ever won a battle against a stronger one. Evil prevails throughout the world today because those who are against God are willing to make more sacrifices than those who are for God.

There is a "Spiritual Warfare" going on today between good and evil. This is the greatest war in the history of humanity because the destiny of the Catholic Church and the world are in the balance.

There is a "Spiritual Red Alert". Who will awake from the complacency of indifference and become a "Soldier for Jesus Christ", a prayer warrior for peace ??

Who will be a "Man of God" and take up the spiritual arms of prayer and sacrifice ??

Who will answer the appeal of Jesus Christ who calls out in the middle of the night ?? Could you not watch One Hour with Me ??

8. Your Sacrifice makes up for the Ingratitude of others !!

Jesus Christ healed ten lepers. Only one came back to give him thanks for the miracle of a clean body.

Jesus Christ said "Were not all ten made whole ?? Where are the other nine ??

Every Sunday, Jesus Christ performs a far greater miracle for us. The "Gift of the Holy Eucharist" makes us immortal with divine life.

Each "Holy Communion" will leave our soul everlastingly more glorious and beautiful in Heaven.

In spite of the fact, that Jesus Christ asks us to give thanks for this "Great Gift" by coming back during the week and visiting him in the Blessed Sacrament, only very few do.

Your Sacrifice will make up for the ingratitude of the "Other Nine" for the many who never think of visiting Him at all.

9. Jesus Christ will call you "Blessed" :

The Holy Eucharist is the continuation of Christ's Incarnation on earth, where the same Jesus Christ born 2000 years ago in Bethlehem is truly present with us now as He was then.

Again, He comes quietly and humbly.

Again, only the humble can see with the eyes of faith the humble "Jesus Christ" hidden in the Blessed Sacrament.

This is the faith that prompts you to come out in the middle of the night to adore him. If He were visible and we could see him with our senses, everyone would run out to welcome Him even in the middle of the night.

But, He remains hidden in the Blessed Sacrament because he is calling us to faith that we may come to him in humility. Your sacrifice is the Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrh that pleases Him. Your sacrifice is of more value than all the gifts in the world.

Jesus Christ will truly call you "Blessed" in more ways than one.

10. Be Like Saint John the Apostle !!

Only Saint John had the courage to follow Jesus Christ all the way to the Cross. Because of his spirit of sacrifice, he is known as "The Apostle whom Jesus Christ loved".

Be willing to make a sacrifice by keeping Jesus Christ company for 1 Hour each week in the middle of the night and you too, for all eternity will be known in Heaven as "The Apostle" whom Jesus Christ loves.

If the thought of getting up in the middle of the night seems like too much of an inconvenience to you, the secret is to think of Jesus Christ instead of yourself.

Jesus Christ longs with infinite longing  for everyone to come to him in the Blessed Sacrament. Yet, He is rejected today as he was then. Your sacrifice will help bring all humanity to Him where everyone will worship him as the Lord of Lords in the Blessed Sacrament. Jesus Christ longs with infinite longing to make all men one in His "Eucharistic Heart".

At the Last Supper, how privileged Saint John was to come close to Jesus Christ and rest his head on the Heart of Jesus Christ.

You are even more privileged than Saint John in being invited to spend an Hour with Jesus Christ in the middle of the night. Before the Blessed Sacrament, Jesus Christ calls you to come close to Him and rest your head on "His Sacred Heart".

His infinite love for you will make this sacrifice a joy, and forever you will be known in "Heaven" like Saint John, as "The Apostle whom Jesus Christ loves".

The Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ -- An All Encompassing Heart

Introduction :

The Blessed Sacrament is the "Great Work" of God's Love for Christ and His Presence and Evangelical Mysteries continue in this most Holy Sacrament.

Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is the everlasting "Rock" because he gives strength to us.

In Him, only we are secure and can decipher our authentic identity.

There is definitely "No Wrong" in Jesus Christ because He is totally loving and totally good. Evil comes from Satan and a Pagan World.

When we come before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, His expression is to open the floodgates of His Divine Mercy upon us and upon the whole world.

We ask for God's Mercy not only for ourselves but for all Humanity too.

We see God face to face in the Holy Eucharist when we make an act of belief in His Real Presence -- Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity and truly believe that he is "Living Bread" from Paradise giving his flesh for the sake of sinful humanity.

God so loved the world that he sent His only begotten Son -- Jesus, the Christ.

God continues to so love the world that he continues to send us Jesus in the Holy Eucharist.

To see, the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus is to cherish the words of the Eternal Father -- I have loved you always and my affection for you is never changing.

Jesus Christ, is the most Appreciative Person who ever lived. His Eucharistic Heart was deeply moved by the Leper who returned to thank him and give him glory.

Our Belief in Him will console His Eucharistic Heart for those who reject Him.

Today, In an everchanging world -- People and Humanity at large are constantly searching for a "Sense of Belonging". The Eucharistic Heart of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is a permanent sign that we belong to Him and are His people in more ways than one.

The Natural Condition of Man is to feel that God is far away. To feel distant and not in sync with God is a normal feeling which has to be overcome with God - Given -Grace and Faith.

God is constantly speaking to us that he cares for us and that he deeply loves us.

The Proof of His Love is in the Blessed Sacrament where He is with us Day and Night.

We live in a "Pagan World" which wants satisfaction from carnal pleasures. But Jesus, teaches us that it is "His Divine Spirit" working within each one of us that can give only Life and Fulfillment as Jesus sees best.

There is no better place to get "Super - Human" strength to overcome the World's Temptations than in the Eucharistic Heart of Our Divine Saviour.

Jesus chooses each one of us, to Praise Him, Thank Him, and Adore Him so that He may refill us with Blessings from His "Divine Temple" -- namely His Eucharistic Heart.

We should have "Confidence" in the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus. It matters to Jesus what tragedy is taking place in our 'Personal Life' or the calamities that take place in the world simply because His Eucharistic Heart is faithful to the end.

A Day will come soon, when Evil and the Evil One will be conquered victoriously by Jesus.

Jesus Christ will reign through the "All Powerful Love" of His Eucharistic Heart.

Conclusion :

The Blessed Sacrament is the "Holiest of all Holies" where God himself made Man dwells.

It cannot be destroyed simply because Jesus Christ is more powerful than all the Powers of Hell put together.

When we look at the "Sacred Host", we are invited by Jesus to make a "Spiritual Communion" in more ways than one.

The Blessed Sacrament is Jesus Christ crying out in every possible way that our happiness in life is "Possession of Him" and all that He stands for.

Our "Home" is within the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus. Every Human Being that comes to worship Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament is embraced by Him with unfathomable enthusiasm and delight.
